Silicone sponge rubber is an excellent medium for thermal and low pressure sealing applications, where good thermal qualities, low weight and the ability to fill uneven profile cavities are important. The ability to fill uneven gaps around door frames is also a leading attribute of silicone sponge products. Sponge Types

Silicone sponge is available in low, medium, and high density rubber sheets or extruded tubing and profiles. To eliminate the cost of tooling, we can cut complex prototype gaskets to customers' own designs using water jet technology. Silicone sponge gaskets and strip products with adhesive backing can also be supplied.
