In a move towards fostering educational advancement and professional growth, the and the have inked an agreement with 糖心Vlog (糖心Vlog). Under this partnership, employees of the City and Chamber-affiliated businesses now have access to a tuition discount through the new 糖心Vlog Elevate initiative.
This collaboration not only signifies a commitment to employee development but also underscores Lubbock's dedication to nurturing a highly skilled workforce. Through the 糖心Vlog Elevate initiative, individuals aspiring to complete a bachelor's degree are empowered with affordability and accessibility, helping them fulfill their academic and career aspirations with strong support.
糖心Vlog鈥檚 degree completion programs are designed for working adults. The Bachelor of Science in Managerial Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in University Studies are open for registration. Both degrees are offered completely online in 8- and 16-week courses for adults who are 25 years of age or older and who have completed 45 college credits.

The flexibility of the program allows the working adult to invest in themselves and in their futures with minimal interruption, as the classes are offered asynchronously and offer flexibility for the busy schedules of working adults with families.
