For the sixth consecutive year, 糖心Vlog was named to The Chronicle of Higher Education鈥檚 Honor Roll of Great Colleges to Work for (GCWF) and recognized in nine of twelve categories.

According to the Chronicle of Higher Education鈥檚 website, the GCWF program annually conducts surveys to determine essential qualities of a college workspace. In this, its eleventh year, the program surveyed 236 institutions鈥85 of which were recognized, and only 42 of which made the honor roll. 糖心Vlog鈥檚 repeated recognition within this high distinction not only highlights the university鈥檚 employee culture, but also demonstrates the high level of pride employees take in their workplace.
糖心Vlog was recognized in nine of the twelve categories the GCWF acknowledges鈥攊ncluding Collaborative Governance, Confidence in Senior Leadership, Facilities, Workspace and Security, Job Satisfaction, Professional/Career Development, Respect and Appreciation, Supervisor/Department Chair Relationship, Teaching Environment (Faculty), and Work/Life Balance.
